On October 24th, the Trinity Basin Preparatory Mesquite campus came alive with laughter, costumes, and the sweet sound of candy wrappers crinkling as families joined the school’s 5th annual Trunk or Treat celebration. Staff and students alike transformed the school parking lot into a festive Halloween wonderland, decorating trunks with spooky, silly, and creative themes, and sharing candy with eager little trick-or-treaters.

The excitement was contagious! Walter Torres, a student at Mesquite, couldn’t stop smiling. “It was so fun! I love Trunk or Treat. My teachers were Bob!” he exclaimed, eyes sparkling with excitement.

Parents were thrilled, too. Paola, a parent from Mesquite, shared, “My kids had a great time at the Trunk or Treat! The games were fun, and they got a great amount of candy! It was a really fun evening!”

Staff members had just as much fun joining in the festivities. Ruth Torres from the Mesquite office said, “I look forward to Trunk or Treat every year. It’s my favorite TBP tradition.”

From creatively decorated trunks to playful games and mountains of candy, the 5th annual Trunk or Treat at Trinity Basin Preparatory Mesquite campus was a night full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories—a spunky, fun-filled celebration that reminds everyone why this tradition is so cherished.
