Trinity Basin Preparatory Mesquite Campus staff came together for a day of professional learning centered on strengthening instruction and improving outcomes for students.

Educators took a closer look at the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System, commonly known as T-TESS. Through group discussions and a detailed review of the T-TESS rubric, teachers explored research-based best practices, reflected on their instruction and identified opportunities for continued professional growth.

The training emphasized how clear goals, actionable feedback and targeted professional development can help educators refine their knowledge and skills. By collaborating and learning from one another, Mesquite Campus staff continued building a strong foundation for high-quality teaching and greater student achievement.
