Mesquite Partners with Champions After-School Program

Trinity Basin Preparatory’s Mesquite campus is excited to announce a new partnership with Champions to bring high-quality after-school programming to our students beginning January 2026 through May 2026. Champions, with over 30 years of experience, provides accredited programs that balance education and fun in a safe, enriching environment—all conveniently held on our campus.

The Champions program ensures that children’s learning continues beyond the classroom. Guided by passionate teachers, students will explore their curiosity and interests through activities in art, literacy, STEM, and more. The program also fosters confidence and community through hands-on projects, while dedicating time for homework support, healthy snacks, and daily fitness opportunities.

Steve Harrell, Area Manager at Champions, shared his excitement about the partnership:

"Champions is thrilled to be partnering with y’all! I believe we will quickly become part of this amazing community and will contribute boldly to enhancing the overall environment of the school! Champions excels in creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere for our after-school community, building strong relationships with school staff, families, and of course our scholars! We are excited to launch our program after winter break and plan to immediately bring the fun!"

The program will be open to all Mesquite campus students. Detailed enrollment information will be shared soon, and tuition assistance is available for qualifying families. Champions team members will host opportunities to connect in person during November and December to provide more details and answer questions.

Trinity Basin Preparatory is proud to offer this engaging and enriching after-school experience that helps students grow academically, socially, and creatively.
