Enrollment Open for New Champions After-School Program at Trinity Basin Preparatory – Mesquite Campus

Enrollment is officially open for a brand-new after-school program coming to Trinity Basin Preparatory’s Mesquite campus, and families are encouraged to sign up soon before spots are filled. Through a new partnership with Champions, this on-campus program will run January 26, 2026 through May 21, 2026, giving students a safe, fun, and engaging place to learn and grow after the school day ends.

With more than 30 years of experience, Champions is known for creating after-school programs that kids love and parents trust. Students will enjoy hands-on activities in art, literacy, STEM, and more, along with daily fitness time, homework help, and healthy snacks—all led by caring, trained staff.

The Champions program is open to all Mesquite campus students, but space is limited and enrollment is first-come, first-served.

Families may choose flexible attendance options to fit their schedules. Care is available one to two days per week for $40 per week, or three to five days per week for $65 per week. A registration fee of $60 per child or $100 per family applies. Drop-in after-school care is also available for $23 per day.

Discounts are available to help make the program more accessible. Families with multiple children enrolled or district employees receive a 10 percent discount, while military families receive a 15 percent discount.

Tuition assistance is also available for qualifying families.
