Catholic Charities Dallas provides free legal immigration services to eligible clients. Individuals seeking assistance are encouraged to contact 214-634-7182 for information on qualification requirements for no-fee immigration services.
The organization may offer services at no cost to individuals who are currently receiving public benefits or whose income falls below 125% of the federal poverty guideline. To determine eligibility for free services, applicants must call the office or visit in person to schedule an appointment.
Catholic Charities of Ft. Worth
Catholic Charities Fort Worth Immigration Consulting Services (ICS) provides legal assistance to individuals eligible under the law to apply for immigration benefits. With a focus on family reunification, the organization offers services including personal consultations, application preparation and filing, and administrative legal representation. ICS covers all areas of family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, and citizenship services.
Human Rights Initiative of North Texas, Inc.
HRI offers free legal services to individuals who have suffered human rights abuses, including asylum seekers, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, and immigrant children facing neglect or abuse. Additionally, HRI provides social services such as community referrals, job search assistance, workshops, advocacy, and guidance on accessing benefits.

Proyecto Inmigrante ICS, Inc. is dedicated to serving, informing, and assisting the immigrant community in matters related to immigration and education. Recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice, the agency operates offices in Dallas, Grand Prairie, Wichita Falls, Texas, as well as El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Through its legal representation programs and immigration counseling service centers, Proyecto Inmigrante ICS, Inc. has positively impacted the lives of thousands of low-income families affected by complex immigration laws. The organization was founded by Douglas D. Interiano and co-founded by a group of community leaders who sought to combat fraud and injustices targeting the immigrant community.
