Trinity Basin Preparatory student services department is determined to ensure equitable student experiences by providing high quality resources and supports to the meet the needs of all learners resulting in increased success for all.
Legal Framework
The Legal Framework contains federal and state statutes which guide the education of students with disabilities in Texas. All of Trinity Basin Preparatory’s policies dealing with the education of students with disabilities are located at this site in order to assist parents, students, teachers, administrators and other stakeholders with understanding special education rules and regulations for Trinity Basin Preparatory (County-District number 906-9420).
