Trinity Basin Preparatory (TBP) is a free public charter school dedicated to providing a high-quality education in a safe, supportive environment. Founded in 1998, TBP opened its first campuses in Oak Cliff in 1999 and has since grown to serve over 7,000 students in grades PK 3 through 12. In 2023, TBP assumed responsibility for three High Point Academy campuses further expanding its reach and impact. TBP now serves communities in Dallas, Fort Worth, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Arlington, and White Settlement. Our schools emphasize literacy and language acquisition, laying a strong foundation for academic success and personal growth.

At TBP, we provide a well-rounded, rigorous curriculum focused on core subjects: reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. We complement this with enriching programs in fine arts, athletics, and extracurricular activities to nurture creativity, teamwork, and leadership.
