2018 - 2019 Teacher Pay Scale

Years’ Experience


All teachers must be certified and highly qualified.

Retention stipend: Teachers who begin work on or before the second Monday in October of the prior school year and who return as a teacher in the current school year and remain employed as a teacher as of the last work day before Thanksgiving break will be paid a $250 retention stipend on or before the last day of November of the current school year.

The school and the state combine to pay $225.00 of the health insurance cost per month ($2700 per year).

If a teacher is in a teacher certification program, the teacher will pay for the teacher certification fees.
